Position: Relationship Manager
Location: Pune, Maharashtra
As a Relationship Manager, your role will be to manage and nurture relationships with clients seeking Home Loans, Balance Transfers (BT), and Loans Against Property (LAP). You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and recommend the best financial solutions tailored to their goals, focusing on loans up to ₹1 Crore with maximum benefits
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients seeking home loans, BT, and LAP.
- Sales and Loan Advice: Educate clients on available loan products, explaining the benefits and details of home loans, balance transfers, and LAP.
- Processing & Documentation: Guide clients through the loan application and documentation process.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure clients have a smooth and satisfying experience from application to disbursal.
- Market Expansion: Identify new business opportunities, particularly in high-value loan segments.
- Performance Tracking: Regularly monitor and report on your client portfolio’s performance.
